Fraser Anderson is a beautifully bearded crafter of beautiful songs. His following is quietly growing from the foothills of the Pyrenees to the heartlands of America. Currently working on his third album, Fraser Anderson is, as always, immersing himself in music and sound, with late night French radio and the the warm wind as a backdrop. This hotly anticipated third album, is due for release in the autumn 2010, and has a great deal to live up to. His debut album, ‘and the girl with the strawberry…’ was hailed by his then local press in Scotland, as a “Masterpiece”. The second album, Coming up for air, recorded in Paris, came to the attention of BBC radio 2’s Bob Harris, who called it a “truly beautiful” album and was “Knocked out” by it. He described Fraser as an incredible singer songwriter and an amazing new discovery. Comparisons have been made. John Martyn, Neil Young, Joni Mitchell.  Currently recording in Beziers on the Med coast right now, Fraser will be on tour for most of 2011, dates to be published soon.
